1 pound hot fresh pork sausage

3 cups dry biscuit mix

1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix together. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

To Freeze: Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool. Freeze. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
